The villa is nice old architecture style and it is spacious

The old style makes it a bit scary. The rain shower is not functioning well. Breakfast is okay but if breafast is in the room, coffee is not served but coffee is available if you eat in the restautant. Aircon is also old and notaking the entire room cold. Kitchen sink is has no to minimal water very low water pressure

Basic and easy distance to airport

I like that it was relatively close the airport which is the reason why we selected the hotel. It's within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to a shopping centre. The staff were helpful and very nice.

We stayed twice. There was no TV in the living rooms (only the bedrooms and we couldn't watch anything on them!) of the suites were stayed in. The 3 bedroom suite which had a kitchen had not cultery or plates, cups etc. It was run down. The 2 bedsuite was in better condition but still did not have a TV in the living room (only the bedrooms and we couldn't watch anything on them!) It also lacked cultery or plates, cups etc.

The place looks nice outside, old tiles inside but spacious and with ample parking space.

Lots of cockroaches especially in the kitchen. Doors/screen door going out to the terrace from the master bedroom is broken.

The room is huge and quiet tidy.

The hotel is quiet old as well as there hotel materials. A lot of rusty metals around the room and bathroom. The AC is leaking and the room is a bit warm.

Good to transit to cebu City if coming from the airport....or the other way around.

Closeness to airport

Property is right on the road side.... Very noisy to have a comfortable sleep

I stayed a month and felt very much at home

The best thing about your hotel is the staff they were fantastic

The pressure the company puts on the kitchen not allowing them to shop daily They forever running out of food

Close too airport.

Being charged for a Breakfast ! That was included with the Room.. ..it would have been a great hotel in its day!.. But sadly needs too be renovated..

Staffs are helpful and polite but the place needed good maintenance...

Breakfast - We are eating out but the location is good, you can visit different eating places nearby. its opposite is TUNA Place. Very good place to eat fresh tuna. Room - it is spacious and bedheets are clean.

Our room had cockroaches, and shower curtain was dirty and need to ask them to repair their shower.

Overall, the stay was very good.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was big. Location is perfect.

The pool and restaurants were not available since the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. However, we were told of this before checking in so it was expected.

Disappointed for a Crown regency hotel

Rooms were spacious and clean and free parking

Old fashioned decor, all facilities were closed (no breakfast or drink possible) and the kettle in the room was not working. Had expected more for the price we paid

Hot showers are great.

The bed has bugs crawling , mosquitoes, and cockroaches. The air conditioner really dirty, dust flying around when you turn it on.
